Q: How long have you been operating?A: Bone Rangers was started in 2006. Q: And you mainly do one to one walks?A: Yes, but we occasionally do walk 2 together if they live very close to each other and would like to walk with a buddy. This would only take place with your permission and with subsequent trial walks first to make sure that it would be beneficial for both dogs. Q: Why should I chose Bone Rangers?A: In addition to being London’s most established and experienced dog walking company, we are absolutely passionate about what we do and always go the extra mile to make sure our dogs and owners are happy. We pride ourselves in being able to give a unique service to each individual customer, based on our core values of friendliness, honesty and responsibility and coupled with excellent customer service. We always go the extra mile to make sure you and your dog are happy with the walks. Q: Will I meet my dog walker before they start?A: Yes. You will meet your walker before the walks start and have all their contact details in case you need to get hold of them. We also happy to arrange a complimentary trial walk with your walker to make sure that you are 100% happy before you start. Q: Will I always have the same walker?A: Yes. We endeavour to maintain a consistent relationship between you and your walker. Q: What happens if my walker is away or unwell?A: If your walker is on holiday we will organise you a replacement walker. They will have already met your dog and accompanied your regular walker on a walk so that they are fully prepared. You will have the replacement walker's details and we can arrange for you to meet them prior to them covering if you wish. In the event of your walker is unable to do a walk at very short notice due to illness, we will endeavour to replace them but we cannot always guarantee this. Q: How do you select your walkers?A: All walkers are thoroughly interviewed and have at least two reference checks. CRBs can be completed upon request but can take a few weeks to be processed.
Q: How do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?A: All of our walks are done on foot. We will collect your dog from your home or place of work at a designated time set by you, and then return them safely after their walk in a local park. Q: How can I keep track of how the walks are going? Do you offer GPS tracking?A: Your walker will leave a Doggie Diary (link to Doggie diary page) for you with daily updates on how they are getting on. You can also sign up for our GPS service (link to GPS page) which allows you to interact directly with your dog’s walks from your phone or laptop. Q: Can I change my schedule week to week?A: Most of the time this is possible. We try to be as flexible and as accommodating as we can with our clients’ busy schedules. We understand that your diary can chop and change. Please give us a call to discuss and we can see what we can do. Q: Do you do dog sitting?A: Oh yes, we do Q: Do you do off-hours walking?A: Yes.
